		<description>you can actually, i have seen one business for 450k in washington...But the thing is when seller is gna do 100% financing he over price the business and anyways it wont be worth taking a loan for entire life. My idea dont do that even if someone offers it.

It wont make u any money cos if it was making money why would anybody get rid of it like that with $0 down.

		<description>I sincerely doubt you will find a reputable business, which is an actual functioning (profitable) entity that would allow you to do this. If I am going to sell you something, I expect you to have some skin in the game.

Think about it from the other side. Why would you want to basically give your business away to someone else, on a promise that they will pay you back out of the profits.

If it was me, I would be better off just hiring someone to run it, and keep my equity.</description>
