Hey Nick this sound great….. question….. I see this video is from 2008….. are people still buying these notes?
That’s a great question…
Unfortunately, not like they were in the “up-market”. There’s still people buying notes, but you’d have to have a great discount, they won’t pay as much, and it will likely need to be “seasoned” 3-6 months (payments made) before they’ll sell.
So the program isn’t used like described in this video anymore… however, the right notes can still be sold.
