Just leave it to washington to further impinge on our rights. Seller financing is a solution, not a problem. The banks are the problem. It will come to “subject to” & options I guess.
Please post a comment on the Fed website. The deadline is tonight at midnight. The more people that comment against this, the better chance of them making changes to their rules.
