Hi! I was looking at a neighboring property a few days ago and I found out that it was a bank reo. After having presented the concept of seller financing to the Realtor, he seemed more then willing to try to push for this method of finance – My question is how exactly does the agent get payed when using this method? Could anything give me an example? Also are banks more willing to carry paper on reo these days? how common is that? Thanks
The house has dropped in price and is sitting on market. I need strategies to talk to realtor about leasing w/ option to buy- I don’t think she has presented this to seller b/c of commission.
I’m located in Georgia, and I want to buy a foreclosure. If I get preapproved through a Fannie Mae lender can I buy at an auction or do I need to use a realtor? Also, can I get rehab money included in the loan (that is if the house is less than my approval amount)?

I saw a home in forclosure, the notice was posted on the door and the home was empty. I took a picture of the notice so I would have all the info. Now what? I just want a price, don’t want to find a realtor because we don’t NEED to move, we’re only looking to buy if the price is undeniable. Any advice on where to go?
