    1. You act like you want to teach anyone & everyone to do what you do, but you don’t offer the one thing that your students need to do what you do – your in home seller presentation. It doesn’t make any sense. I don’t think you actually want your students to ever be successful, or at least not as successful as you are, because then they would cease to be students, which would take away the income that you get from them.

I also have a library of 100’s of actual seller calls I have done which I share plus a series of training calls on every aspect of dealing with sellers on the phone and in the home.

    4. So you use the Leads to Deeds presentation? I said “YOUR” in home seller presentation, not someone else’s. I really doubt that that you use the Leads to Deeds PowerPoint presentation with your sellers. In fact, I doubt that Cortney & Keith even use it with theirs! Maybe I’m wrong, but it sure don’t work for me.
