You first need their consent before you can check their credit.
After receiving their consent in writing you have to include their full name and birthdate to obtain report.
The best bet is have the potential buyer bring you their credit report as part of terms and condition of financing their home.
keep in mind if you request it there might be cost involved an if they bring it it cost them nothing. Thay can get free credit report from equifax.ca or transunion.ca
Hope this helps.
You’ll have to contact Equifax for info on how to do this.

Here’s novel idea: you could go on-line with them to http://annualcreditreport.com and request from one of the three agencies and look together with them.

have a loan officer help you out. Even if you do see their credit how will you know if they will qualify?
