The buyer not paying…
a; seller stated responsibity for maintenance,
b; same same condition of items in house
c; interest rate
d; what % of payments made go to the down payment?
e; what is the end date when the house must be purchased
via a new mortgage by tenant?
f; get a title report to make sure seller has the right to
occupy [as it is now?] and sell to you
g; condition of mortgage or if debt free, a warranty to that
effect.
