Some landlords require a certain fee to break a lease legally. My landlord doesn’t allow tenants to break there lease under any circumstances, do I have any other options to break my lease legally. I am starting school this summer and I will be working less.

Find some one else to occupy the apartment, and sign the lease over… GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING
No you don’t, you signed a legal and binding contract. Your best bet is to be nice and simply ask them to help you come up with a solution.
