    I’m looking to do lease options cause my credit is in bad shape for the moment..But I don’t have my own contract to work with, and I would like to deals on property thats not on the high end ….

    never put 5% down or nothing like that on a lease option
    I usually carry a $1,000 cash use it
    then ask for 2 or 3 months free to fix it up
    and clean it up
    then asked the people you lease it to to do the work

    what would you recommend for an investor from a city like Manhattan, where it is very hard to find lease options.

    my plan is to start my own “WE BUY HOMES” within a few weeks..
