We’ve found a house that we want that’s going through foreclosure and the balance of the loan is ,000? Most lenders start at K or 0K. The lowest I’ve seen so far is K. Are there any out there that will lend such a small amount?

Have you talked to your normal bank? They might do a personal loan instead of a mortgage loan.
put your credit cards together, or your savings, or family to invest if it’s only $25k…
