How is it the Irs has never heard of seller financing?, land contracts, purchase contract etc.. After 8 months of review/exam they still need more information.. I had sent in canceled checks showing payments made, utility bills, proof of residence,the closing docs and this is the third time they are requesting more info. right on the irs web site is says land contracts qualify, any suggestions???
