Google it! You can find ads on lasvegasnewspapers.com and google rent to qwn in henderson and you can find a lot. Good Luck!
go to a realtor and you can get the listing better

my friend had one and the owner did not pay the mortgague and she got locked out and lost all the money she gave for the LOB.
have you asked a realtor in the area or contact the local chamber of commerce? They could point you in the right direction.
